Calton Earle Promociones was founded in early 2004 by Grant Calton and David Earle, with the sole purpose of finding unique locations in Southern Spain to develop and build individual and exclusive villas that would offer the future owners the ultimate in lifestyle and living environment.

Carlton Earle Promociones directors; Grant Calton and David Earle have extensive experience in property development and construction in Spain.  Grant is an entrepreneurial businessman with diverse interests in businesses that include property development, as well as media and entertainment projects.  Grant has been developing residential and commercial properties in Mallorca- Spain, London- UK and Sydney- Australia for twenty years.

David has lived in and around the Eastern Costa del Sol of Spain for twenty six years.  David has owned and run contract building businesses since 1989 in the Nerja area.  David’s building practice is largely based on concrete structural and brick builds of varying styles including traditional Spanish cortijo, Andalusian and more modern styles.  His extensive knowledge and experience with building in this region makes him a well respected professional amongst the local industry and tradesmen.

Cerro Gordo Project

The company’s first project has been the development of several properties on the exclusive El Nogal Urbanization at Cerro Gordo.  Cerro Gordo is on the cusp of the Eastern Costa Del Sol and the Costa Tropical.  The urbanization El Nogal is nestled in a national park full of wildlife and birds as well as being perched over undisturbed and undeveloped coastline known as the ‘Maro’ beaches, specifically the naturist beach Cantarijan.

The Cerro Gordo – El Nogal project is the construction of three stylish, independent and dynamic houses.  Each property consists of approximately a 1000 square meter plot, with a house of over 380sqm, built over three levels and featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.  The houses are surrounded by terraces and gardens and each feature an infinity pool of differing designs.

The first property built was plot number 13, which was completed and sold in July 2007.  The second property is plot number 14, Mas Mananas which was completed in December 2008.  The third property, plot number 12 will commence foundation work in 2009.
